The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Law "On Ratification of the Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland concerning Exchange and Mutual Protection of Information with Restricted Access in the Sector of Defence"

The Memorandum defines the procedure of mutual exchange, treatment and protection of information with restricted access in the sector of defence, conclusion of secret treaties and holding of visits of representatives of both countries to the secret objects. Moreover, it defines competent bodies authorized to implement the Agreement.

A relevant Bill was registered at The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by Reg. No. 0103.
